In the world of organic synthesis, the platform for experiments is typically separated into two: the central experimental platform and the side platform. The side platform is typically equipped with a vacuum system, electronic balance, and oven. It provides additional space and resources for conducting research and experiments. To further enhance functionality, the experimental platform can be equipped with a gas pipeline, allowing for convenient access to gases. Additionally, a low-pressure nitrogen pipeline can also be installed, catering to specific experimental requirements. The overall structure of the experimental table includes a sturdy fixed iron frame, ensuring stability and durability. With these features in place, the experimental table becomes an essential piece of equipment in any laboratory or scientific facility.

 

The bench can be effortlessly managed by dividing it into multiple units or areas. The experimental platform at the center is primarily used for reaction preparation, conducting simple tests, and post-treatment. Meanwhile, the fume hood is utilized for carrying out reaction operations safely.

 


The synthesis reaction requires a specific environment, which is why the fume hood was designed. This space comes equipped with a water supply pipe and a small pool to collect any excess liquids. A vertical iron frame is fixed near the rear wall of the fume hood, making it easy to secure the instrument used in the synthesis process. Various air valves and switches are placed on the outside for easy access.

 

Furthermore, it is essential to have proper ventilation in the laboratory, which can be achieved through the installation of windows, open holes, and ventilation fans. Adequate ventilation is necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the laboratory occupants. Additionally, it is crucial to have fire safety equipment readily available in the laboratory. These measures, such as fire extinguishers and fire alarms, play a vital role in ensuring the safety of the laboratory and its personnel.
